List of Datasets is an independent, curated index of robotics dataset metadata created and maintained by Christian Brommer. It is provided for general research and informational purposes.

How entries are prepared

Entries are prepared by reviewing papers, dataset websites, documentation, repositories, dataset files, and related sources that are lawfully accessed. They primarily present factual and bibliographic metadata, such as dataset and manufacturer names, vehicle and sensor types, model numbers, quantities, rates, resolutions, speeds, environments, calibration, ground truth, annotations, dates, and source links. These facts are selected and normalized into an original structure for discovery and comparison.

Descriptions of a dataset’s purpose or focus are independently written summaries. List of Datasets does not intend to reproduce source abstracts, narrative text, tables, figures, images, dataset samples, or files unless their use is permitted by the applicable rights, license, or law.

The site is not a substitute for the original sources. It does not independently test datasets, and a review or verification label is not a certification or guarantee.
